By accessing or using pm-talks.com (“the Site”), creating an account, or purchasing any content or template from PM-Talks (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

PM-Talks provides:

• Free articles on project management topics.
• Premium articles and analysis available to authenticated, entitled users.
• Downloadable project management templates and related digital resources.
• User accounts, authentication, and related account features.
• A contact form and email support.

Purchases of premium content and templates are one-time purchases in USD, processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the applicable terms of Paddle and our Refund Policy.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
• You must notify us immediately at pm-talks@outlook.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, share paid content, or attempt to abuse the platform.

All content published on PM-Talks — including articles, premium analysis, templates, graphics, logos, branding, code, and site design — is owned by PM-Talks or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited licences granted in Section 5, no part of the Site or its content may be copied, reproduced, republished, translated, modified, or otherwise exploited without our prior written permission.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to:

• Access free articles for personal, non-commercial reading.
• Access premium content you have purchased or are entitled to, for your own professional use.
• Use purchased templates internally within your own organisation or client projects.

What you may not do

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or share premium articles or templates, in whole or in part.
• Upload our content or templates to public repositories, template marketplaces, or file-sharing services.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, credits, or branding.
• Use our content to train machine learning or generative AI models without our express written permission.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to bulk-download content or bypass access controls.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by PM-Talks.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, other users’ accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Interfere with the operation of the Site, including through denial-of-service attacks or the introduction of malicious code.
• Submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content through the contact form or any other channel.

• All purchases are one-time payments in USD. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
• Prices are shown on the relevant product or checkout page and may change at any time; the price applicable to a purchase is the one displayed at checkout.
• Depending on your location, applicable taxes (such as VAT) may be added at checkout and shown separately. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, is responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting applicable taxes where required.
• Payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store complete card details on our servers.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We aim to keep PM-Talks available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or the Site as a whole, at any time and without notice, subject to your existing purchase rights.

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services, for example Paddle for payments or external analytics providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those third parties. Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PM-Talks and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

The articles and templates are provided for informational and professional use and do not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PM-Talks, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any content or templates purchased from it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to PM-Talks for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event that caused the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including for fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer in the European Union, your statutory rights are not affected.

You agree to indemnify and hold PM-Talks harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site, its content, or its templates.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at any time if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Site and close your account at any time by contacting us.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PM-Talks is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you reside.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.

Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
